Toca Training

From January through April 2025, I trained four times a month using the TOCA Football system, a cutting-edge training method that blends technology, repetition, and precision to elevate technical performance. TOCA’s small-ball delivery machine and data-driven sessions focus on improving first touch, passing accuracy, and quick decision-making under pressure—key skills for elite-level attackers.

UFA Director of Coaching / Prev Professional Player

Pancho Ugarte

“For me it is a pleasure to talk about Dillon, the time I have had to work with Dillon caught my attention because of his physical and mental strength. In addition, his mentality is to always go in search of the goal. He is a goal-scoring striker with a lot of character and he is a child who listens, disciplined and very easy to guide. I think he has a lot of potential. He has to continue working hard to improve his weak parts to become a complete player. He still has time. My best wishes for him to be a great player.”

"My name is Coach OJ. From what I know about Dillon, he’s a great kid who always listens to instructions and gives his best effort to help the team win. He’s improving a lot in soccer and is very coachable. I’ve seen real growth in his game. I wish him all the best in the future."

UFA Academy Coach

Marco Santos

"Dillon is an exciting player with all the pace and power to run past defenders at his own will. His ball striking and 1v1 ability makes him one of those players that excites you everytime he gets on the ball . On top of his ability as a player , he is a very good leader amongst his teammates and always sets an example through his character and actions."

REVS Academy Coach/ Prev Professional Player

Jermaine Hue

"My name is Jermaine Hue. Dillon is a great kid with a lot of potential, talent, and willingness to learn. He has ALWAYS had good qualities as a striker or winger and gives his best to the team."

D1 Coach / Former TOCA Coach

Alexis Mandujano

"The time I have been training with Dillon I have learned that not only is he talented on the field but just as importantly outside of the game as well. Dillon has all the metrics and abilities to play as a great Forward/Winger but what has always amazed me more than his physical talents has been his mental talents. He carries himself with an extreme focus into not only his game but his schooling and personal life. Just like the greats, Dillon is no stranger to adversity, mistakes and some failures. And yes like a normal person, he may get frustrated. But you can see in his face that his frustration is that of wanting to get better and be great! Dillon has come to understand that mistakes are simply ways of finding out how not to do something. What do you get in Dillon…..you get a young man who is beginning his journey into life and is choosing to carve his own path regardless of obstacles. You get a young man who understands that even with putting in hard work you may still fall short but that is no reason for him to stop but instead to keep moving forward. You’re getting a young man who decides to only look back to see how far he’s come. It has been a true pleasure to work with and continue training with Dillon and watch him develop every day. If I had to describe Dillon Mereus in one word, it would be simple……unstoppable."
